Paul provides the following information for residents:
I have lived in New Beaulieu since August 2019. Originally from North London, moved to Springfield in 1978. My wife Gill and I have three children and eight grandchildren all living in Chelmsford.
The bulk of my career has been in policing, much of it local and I continue to work in public service, although now part time, in an educational environment.
We love living within the Beaulieu community and I just want to help maintain and hopefully enhance the facilities we have here and to be part of a team guiding our community to the next level.
I retain a strong interest in preventing crime and keeping people safe, plus I am keen to push environmental and sustainability issues forward within the garden community.
It is my privilege to be a councillor for the South Ward and I am grateful for this opportunity be involved with key projects and partnerships in our currently expanding local area.
