Chelmsford Garden Community Council is working on a number of health and wellbeing initiatives in accordance with its agreed plan which you can view below.  It would also like to bring to your attention the following useful services:

Mid Essex Recovery College

The College runs free courses and workshops and provides a safe space for people to learn new skills, expand on existing ones, and attend courses developed to support mental health recovery. Courses are available to anyone within the Mid Essex area who have experienced or are experiencing mental health challenges themselves, who are supporting another person with their mental health challenges or who want to learn more about the topics covered.

The winter timetable of courses can be viewed below and you can contact them by phone: 0300 303 9954 or by email: provide@[email protected]
