Chelmsford Garden Community Council has the legal power to issue small grants to organisations that can demonstrate that their project or activity is a benefit to the Community within this Parish and are not profit making organisations.
The Council is committed to assisting organisations that can demonstrate this community benefit and invites local groups to make an application for consideration.
